You only need these 4 specific client-side mods installed to connect and fully experience features like proximity chat and extended view distance.
Download the official Fabric installer. Run it, select the client tab, pick Minecraft version 1.21.11, and hit install.
Download the required mods listed above. Press Win + R, type %appdata%, and navigate to .minecraft/mods. Dump the .jar files right in there.
Launch the game once with the mods installed. Once at the main menu:
